Nice Air-conditioning. Kept us cold at 16 deg C when it was very hot outside. Spacious room. Clean bathroom, clean beds and towels. New modern shower. Very quiet place. Location is very near to large shopping and entertainment center. It has Tesco extra, good restaurant options and adventure golf.
The staff were lovely, would happily have gone out of their way to help us. The rooms were really nice and spacious with Aircon that we really needed in 32°c heat. Really clean and comfy bed. Very convenient location for the hospital and shopping centre. Would stay again and happily recommend to anyone.
Friendly, helpful staff, great sized rooms (plus I'd been upgraded to a bigger room that I originally booked, free of charge) Clean rooms (plus the staff respect your privacy) but were helpful enough to give me directions /suggestions for nearby places (although it's location is overlooking both the Train/bus depot and Hull town centre) They also have a Italian restaurant/bar on site too. Truth be told, I enjoyed my stay (more than Hull itself) Highly recommended, A+
